Through the clouds wafting over the lake I could just about see the two pelicans (aka water purifiers) and a cormorant sitting on the stabilizer.

I hope the weather will pick up. I know this is typical for November and I should be grateful for normal weather but it is kind of depressing.

It’s the long buoyncy chamber – they jut out from the structure to steady the pelican better.
