Placid Walk, Wild Grape

Close to our house is this old barn, completely overgrown with wild grape (I’m not really sure about its proper name, we call it “Wilder Wein”). This plant is often used to cover walls but it damages the plaster covering the stones with its suckers. However, the colours in autumn are so magnificent that people put up with it. On this particular date 22-11-22 I found a wine walk particulary fitting (it is also our wedding anniversary).

    1. Thank you and thank you. (Of course, it’s nice to be married to the same guy for a long time but to me wedding anniversaries signify to me mostly that I’m getting OLD. More so than my birthday. I mean for crying out loud – most of my friends have lived less years than I’ve been married!
