I kept the most important ingredient to a good walk until this last square: a good companion.
Now I am not per se a dog person but I appreciate a good fellow by my side for a walk. This is Luna who has only lately joined our pack. At least at the beginning of the trail she is the keenest of us. So eager in fact that I could only get blurred pictures because she is pulling so hard.
But Luna comes with the promise that she stays by our side. Shake her paw on it!

No, I don’t think so. She is the dog of two new members of our running/walking group who have just moved here from the US.
