This is the Schönburg in Oberwesel in the Rhine valley. It’s on a hill, with a few steep paths leading up. They weren’t the problem, though.
The wineries on the way, all offering wine tastings, were the obstacles we had to overcome.

Once you get up, yes!! It’s near the Loreley cliff, only on the other side of the Rhine gorge.
