That seems to be the trend, everywhere. Especially frustraiting is the demolition of rather new buildings due to mold and numerous short cuts during the building time.

In this case, I appreciate that some parts of the buildings are renovated. It was a kind of hospital for over 100 years and it is being transformed into housing units.
