There are old mining cave/tunnels that have glow worms and micro bats. Quite dangerous to go in now I reckon. I got to go in when I was working as an assistant to the Geologist doing site surveys and soil collection for analysis

How big are micro bats?

The size of small mice. The smallest weights around 3 grams and the biggest 150 grams. They have big wing spans at about 25 centimeters

I just checked. The smallest bat in Europe is the dwarf bat and it’s about the same size. I sometimes notice them swishing in the dark but they are too fast to really see them.
