ESA’s Spacelab, called Columbus, was the European Space Agency’s contribution to the International Space Station ISS. A 1:1 model can be seen in the Technikmuseum in Speyer in Germany.

It’s a great museum with all kind of real machines (cars, motorbikes, trains, planes, even a submarine – many are open and can be entered, the space section is an exception showing models). There even is a Tupolev.

It is. And it has a sister institution less than 50km away with similar exhibits. The Tupolev and Concorde can be seen from the Autobahn.
