In the distance is the – now inoperative – nuclear power plant Biblis.
In the middle distance is the old fortress of Auerbach, originally built by Charlemagne. It’s lasted for over 1000 years. I wonder which one of the two complexes will still be there, another 1000 years hence.

No new radiation, it was shut off within days of the Fukushima nuclear accident in 2011. The German population was very against nuclear power in the aftermath and the government decided on a overall exit from nuclear power. Biblis has been dismantled since 2017, the first reactor is more or less done, the second will be in a few years. But, of course, the site itself will not be free of any radiation.
