Blue Skies Can Be Deceptive

It might have been sunny on this day but the flag flying in the stiff breeze tells a different story: it’s windy.

Sometimes the wind around this castle ruin – appropriately called Windeck (windy corner) – is so strong that it splits the white and blue flag.

I don’t mind the cold as such – there is proper clothing to protect against it. But what really makes me cold is:

A fierce wind that goes through ones bones is what makes me cold.

    1. I collect (photographically) number plates that make words. This one is a plate from Wiesbaden (WI) and random ND. Wiesbaden is great for words: WI NG, WI NK, WI FE, WI LD, WI Z and my personal favourit WI SH 😄
