This post needs a bit of an explanation. When looking for a photo to illustrate today’s prompt (satorial choices) I came across a photo of a woman with a cringeworthy dress. She was one of the mothers at our grandson’s first day of school. Scrolling through other pictures I found a photo of the same woman a year later when our granddaughter started at the same school: different dress but equally as bad, too tight, too short, too revealing, and simply too much for the occasion. I’d never met her, never spoke to her, only saw her standing in the schoolyard, and her outfit had caught my eye. After cropping the photos and putting them side by side I realised I couldn’t do this. Even with her face blotted out. It would have been just cruel.
So I controlled my bitchy and judgmental side and decided to pick a model who wouldn’t be offended, mostly because she has to wear whatever others throw on and she doesn’t own a mirror either.

Kind choice.

Ah, that’s kind, Elke. Though she might have thought she looked The Business.

I’m pretty sure she dressed with forethought. It’s just that her taste let her down.

‘Controlled my bitchy…side’ made me laugh. That’s my favorite side! 😂🤣

Bitchy is okay but not mean. It’s not a good look. 😉 And although she would in all probability never see the post this also means she could never defend herself.

No, it is never a good look. Cause you never know when somehow, somewhere she were to see it…
