Tell Me What the Weather Is Like

Before we could call up the local weather report on an app there were other possibilities to find out how the weather was. Either way, we need help to tell us what we experience.

This pre-internet weather station was surprisingly accurate. At the centre of it is a single rock.

If “stone is invisible” it’s foggy.

If “stone is moving” the earth is trembling.

If “stone casts shadow” it’s sunny.

If “stone is wet” it’s raining.

If “stone is white” there is snow.

If “stone is gone” it’s been stolen.
