but where are the leaves?

When the sky looks like this my husband and I call it a “Highveld sky” because this is what winter skies look like in the Gauteng area of South Africa. No clouds, bright blue.

The crows were appreciative of their perches in the sun. Another couple of month and they will be appreciative of the shade provided by the leaves.
