There are only 7 kinds of snakes in Germany (except for the ones which are escaped pets, they don’t survive long in freedom) and only one of them is toxic. It’s different down under, I’m told 😃
extremely different … I met our two deadliest snakes on walks this summer! As in about a metre only between us … thankfully they felt no threat or fear from me so I was allowed to pass in both instances 🙂

no moisturiser will keep me safe if I meet one of these on my walks … watching them safely is quite different from living with them on a daily basis!
