This is weird. I had prepared this post yesterday night. When I posted it today (properly linked to John’s Cellpic Sunday) it appeared with the link: picturesimperfectblog.com/2024/05/trashed-6 and did not appear on my blog. I was puzzled, did it again afresh, with a slightly changed title (not intentionally) and everything was fine. However, somebody had been very fast in liking my trashed post and when I click on the link there, I can see it. But it’s not on my blog overview when I scroll down. I doesn’t make sense. But hey … it’s wordpress.

I spent a summer translating a book, up on the 13th? floor of the language building, at UW Madison. I liked watching storms roll in and the rain move across the landscape. Thank you!
