It’s All in a Day’s Work

We don’t usually associate police officers with very caring actions. But here two of them are, caring for a homeless person who wasn’t feeling well.

    1. 😮 Seriously? It’s different in the various states in Germany and obviously it’s different whether it’s in a built-up area or in a rural area but nowhere should it be more than 20 minutes. And it usually works.

      1. Yes seriously.
Our ambulances are all stuck at hospital with patients in the, because the hospital is understaffed and overworked worked. Our National Health Service is killing more people than COVID now. You have to wait 18 months for surgery at the moment.
        So 20mins is brilliant.

      2. I don’t want to beat our drum. Maybe we are only a few years behind. It is becoming more difficult with hospitals in some rural areas. Too much money pinching without a clear vision, in my opinion.

      3. Thats part of the issue here. The government keep giving the NHS less and less funding. Brexit also forced half our medical staff to go home to their countries as well. It’s something that needs rectifying and fast.

      4. 🤞🏽 Fingers crossed. The NHS was always such a good role model. In Germany the system is based on health insurance but it is extremely seldom that somebody is not insured as it is compulsory (the cost of unemployed or disabled people is carried by the state through various funds).
