I rarely buy crisps/chips but can’t leave them alone when I do. Better than beer anyway!

It’s all in the moderation. When they asked me at the doctors if I drank alcohol “regularly” I answered “yes”. One (good!) beer a week, every Sunday (religiously?) is regularly.
