I don’t often use my mobile phone to take pics. It’s a fall back if i don’t have my camera handy. But for one of my sub-hobbies it’s always there. I collect car licence plates. German plate may make words. On Friday I spotted the stuff my nightmares were made off (at least in times gone by):

In most states in the USA, Brian’s comment is pertinent as well. Any semblance to real words seem to be eliminated in the usual state motor vehicle department.
