It’s a new fad – a restaurant where the guests are left in the dark. I haven’t been but it’s said to be an interesting experience, culinary and otherwise (there is dancing, too).
I guess it’s a difference wether it’s just dim or completely dark.

As far as I know it’s completely dark. You get led to the table and I have no idea how it goes on from there.
