We had a lot of hoarfrost during the past week and it looked enchanting. However, I did not manage to take any decent pictures, not from a distance. So I took what I’ve got, a photo that had the green leaves of a climber and the frosty background, and tried to enhance it. I am not happy with the results but I thought it might be interesting to post unsuccessful one-to-three.

A filter called AF6 from the photoscape editing program.
Colour temperature set to as cold as possible (no kidding).

It is a great idea. I thought that there was a bit more of the frost’s detail in the colorized one. But that might be because red and green are complementary colors, so the ivy looked more colorful.
