Books holding up a whole house.

Gruffalo is IN the books but he also stands on his books.
And this “Literaturnerin” (a portmanteau word made up of literature and gymnast) by Hans Scheib stands on books, in a sporting kind of way.

The book house almost didn’t get in. It’s at a local amusement park. Known for over 50 years as “Holiday Park” it has just been bought by a Belgian group, is swarming now with Smurfs, and renamed “Plopsaland” (which sounds horribly ridiculous in German).

It sounds pretty damn’ stupid in English too. It won’t catch on.

I’ve just read a book where the main character had to jump (carefully) on books to bring the power of their words and feelings out. I love you photos, so unusual.

What a great take on the topic, and to get so many similar is well found.
