A Gecko from Madagascar

In German, they stress its blue colour (which is really greenish turquoise) in the name and in English, they note its yellow head. The Latin name is Phelsuma klemmeri, i.e. a gecko of the genus phelsuma, discovered by a person called Klemmer (of whom I could find no information).
