It’s amazing when taking public transport there is hardly anyone without a mobile phone, either looking at it or at least having their ears plugged in. We are losing the ability to get decently bored, methinks.

I just listen … (do my Italian learning that way but if I’m in a tram I click on “can’t speak now”). But if I did speak … maybe I would find somebody to speak Italian with 🤔
