Right, I’ve had “new wine” already. New wine is basically grape juice that hasn’t fermented yet. One might get it as rape juice with a slight tingling in it or when it turns white, when it is not sweet anymore.
Once the tickling ( bizzeln) has started it has a wonderful taste. For a short while. And careful: too much will have you locked in the loo afterwards.

Aged is definitely better, although grape juice is good too. I hope aged is better for humans as well. Lol.
