I had planned to go to the local botanical garden because it looks awesome in every season. But the weather has been grey and I just didn’t feel like going out of the house. However, I had to go out of the flat because I had promised the neighbours to feed their cat. Now they are much, much better gardeners than we are and although their garden looks not at its best in autumn I thought that would suit me just fine.

There are still tomatoes to be harvested, and some still to ripen.

The big hut is for tools, the little house for the birds.

And the guardian of the garden was watching my every move.

That’s a nice little garden, I like the way the shed is hidden away, I’d spend a lot of time in there

I’m glad you like it. And I’m very sorry it’s not MY garden.

Did you take some produce?

Of course. With permission. But it’s no use if the ripe tomatoes rot on the plant. There were also apples but with worms most of them.

That’s good. Fresh produce from the garden is the best.
What’s worse than finding a worm in an apple?
Finding half a worm 😁

Even if my garden looks nothing like this, at least I have neighbours with a lovely one! 😉
