With a Hee-Haw here, and a Moo-Moo there

here an oink, there a maa, everywhere a baa-baa!

Farmyard animals it is this week. I’ve limited myself to four-legged creatures but if you think fowl – go for it!

Show us single animals or a whole heard.Show us the whole animal or go for details. Long shots or close-ups. As long as they’re in black and white. Have fun!

      1. I’ve just looked up guanako, as I didn’t know the word. I now understand that they’re wild llamas and alpacas, which are widely farmed here too. So including them was fine – though I guess they’re not wild?

      2. I think it means that the guanacos were domesticated a long time ago and became llamas. At the same time wild guanacos stayed wild – and are now considered a different species. But are probably going the llama way? It sounds complicated.

      3. No, I dunno either. But I’d never come across the word guanaco before. I think here in the UK we just have llamas and – especially – apacas. Moody blighters.
