No, sorry for the misunderstanding. It’s a geranium. But just “geranium” seemed like a boring title so I googled for names of shapes of red and “amaranth” had a nice ring to it.

And tje photo came from someone who dislikes geraniums! Not from afar but close up: their smell makes me choke!
