It’s the most gorgeous magnolia I know

The first photo is from this year, the other two from two years ago, apparently a week or so later in the flowering season.

The windows of the house built around 1900 behind are also well worth seeing.

  1. Beautiful tree and house, Elke! It is crazy with Magnolias – blooming and shedding at the same time wherever I saw it this weekend 😂. Did you go to the Weinheim Botanical Garden yet? There’s a huge one there which I saw last year. Thanks for sharing with Monday Window.

    1. It’s the reason I’ve got a magnolia tree in our garden. Unfortunately, I just said “magnolia” to the gardener. I had this tree in mind. I got a dark pink, almost red one which flowers a tad later than the white/pink ones and which hasn’t got that exuberant spring feeling.
