Dawn, Sunrise, Daybreak

Wednesday Quotes set the theme of sunrise. I’m more than a week late which should surprise no one.

“There is no sunrise so beautiful that it is worth waking me up to see it.”
― Mindy Kaling, Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me?

Not quite, even for me.

“There's a sunrise and a sunset every single day, and they're absolutely free. Don't miss so many of them.”
― Jo Walton

“Don't miss the stars if you miss the sunset; don't miss the sunrise if you miss the stars! Don't you see, nature offers you beauties one after another to compensate for the beauties you have missed!”
― Mehmet Murat ildan

“There's a sunrise and a sunset every single day, and they're absolutely free. Don't miss so many of them.”
― Jo Walton

“There's always a story. It's all stories, really. The sun coming up every day is a story. Everything's got a story in it. Change the story, change the world.”
― Terry Pratchett, A Hat Full of Sky

And finally, I’ve quoted this from Good Omens by Pratchett and Gaiman before:

“There's one thing you can say for air pollution, you get utterly amazing sunrises.”

    1. It is. But the sunrise photos I took on Crete could just as well be sunset photos. If you don’t know exactly where east and west is you wouldn’t be able to tell – but I’ve played fair and stayed honest.
