Why did the pigeon cross the road? Judging by it’s stride. I’d say somewhere important like the park and see what crumbs the picnickers have left behind, maybe bludge a chip off some kid 😁
Here I sense a pattern of being alone and taking the chance of crossing, as moorhen, wagtail and pigeon did.
The ducks probably kept wondering who would go first.
