The wasp’s diet consisted mainly of cakes, and chivalry meant I placed a small piece out for her. She immediately made a - pardon the pun – beeline for it, making a sharp u-turn pivoting her yellow and black gaster around. It looked like the bars of a two-tone xylophone.
