When I saw Aino’s panel for today’s Värikollaasit I immediately thought of the back of a bee’s body (another chance to use the word “gaster”!). The stripes are often so well defined and in the right kinds of brown. Add aubergine coloured flowers (or close to aubergine coloured) and the colour collage almost put itself together.
