Nice image. I too have just had a lens problem with my 10 year old camera. In my case,. I decided the vast sum needed for lens-replacement was better invested in an even vaster sum on a new camera. What’s your decision?

Fix… I’ve had problems ever since our holiday last year when we were on a boat and a big wave came out of nowhere and we (i.e. my camera and I) were splashed with salt water). It’s a sometimes it’s okay, and sometimes it plays up problem. Since I’m short sighted I sometimes don’t notice that the focus wasn’t working properly until I see the pics on the bigger pc screen. But it doesn’t happen often so I’m trying to hold out a bit longer.

That’s a nice picture and I think the blur actually adds to the overall image and makes it look more artistic.
