It’s not the worst idea to examine the bottle your are going to drink from. The friend in question (the one on the left in the picture) keeps bringing beer to our meets that “he found at the back of his fridge”. They are usually beyond the “sell-by-date” or “best-before-date”. Last Sunday he brought beers from 2019 (!).

I saw this on an already very expensive model of a Mercedes Benz yesterday. Two of the company labels are motortuning and chiptuning respectively for the car itself. Sourkrauts (love that name) is a clothing label geared for car enthusiasts. And Pegasus used to be a Spanish car manufacturer.

Raise your wessel!
Even Germans who speak English vell, often get the w sound wrong and pronounce it like a “v”. Especially after drinking some vine. Ve just accept it just as ve tolerate English speakers struggling with “ö” and “ü”. However, the really funny thing is that many Germans who manage the “w” quite well, will overcompensate and call a tankard or glass or stein a “wessel”. Particularly, after drinking some wampire or wanilla cocktails.
