The sun never showed itself today, there was fog all around. But as I mentioned on Debbie’s Six Word Saturday – it was a good day, nevertheless. Three days ago I came upon another physiotherapist’s site with exercises specifically for sacroilac joint troubles and — they work! Either that or the tablets finally kicked in. I believe it was the exercises though, because the tablets showed no change for days and days and my back was immediately better after doing this particular set of exercises, almost like a switch had been turned. I’ve found other exercises which helped but not to such an extent that I dared to go for a walk. But today I couldn’t care less that it was freezing (literally) and grey – I was so happy to be able to walk for more than a few steps! There is hope – even in a grey sky dominated by crows.
