This post kind of breaks the rules of Ludwig’s challenge as the focus is not really on the windows but rather on the ornament on top of the shutters.

While I was wondering how the heck she got up there she started talking to me and telling me all that had happened in the street this morning (hardly any cars, a few pedestrians, but the glass recycling truck came through which was very noisy. I spoke to the staff of the cat later and they confirmed that the lady is indeed female.

When I passed again later she had retired to the flowerbox. The purple blanket provided by her staff is just peeping through at the bottom.
