I’m have problems with my sciatic nerve. So far it’s purely self-diagnosis. I’ve never had problems like this before.
Why am I telling? Because it limits my time sitting at my pc (sitting anywhere, really) and I will try to post a few things in the next days but I won’t be able to look at other people’s post (unless I get the laptop to work which I can possibly use why sitting in a burrow I made on the settee).
So, I’ve told. The story was untold for the last week or so.
Look after yourself Elke, but do try and do a few gentle exercises to try to keep things moving. Blogging can go hang for a while. Most of us – in Europe anyway – aren’t going far in this weather.

I am suffering from an injured tailbone that is quite painful. I have a donut pillow that I use when I sit, but it’s still uncomfortable. I can blog from anywhere because I use an iPhone, but the intense pain makes it difficult to think about blogging right now.

I was always worried about back pain (coz 1 of my legs is a bit shorter than the other) but I’ve never had problems and now this whammy!
