A few years ago, when our cat Henry was still little, I decided to go minimalist with an artificial tree from Serbia. I tried to put it up but:
At this point I put the camera down and intervened. Not fast enough, two “branches” were broken and Henry decided to go outside.
It was not a successful experiment.

what is it with cats and Christmas trees? I thought it the attraction of shiny baubles, but evidently that is not the case.

Henry is actually NOT interested in traditional Christmas trees. He leaves them alone. But this minimalist one took his fancy as do – Easter decorations. I’ve posted pics and stories about this before: the yellow bows, the eggs (I use small styrofoam ones since he will definitely destory blown out real eggs). He is … different. A cat, nuff said.
