Beautiful tree and house, Elke! It is crazy with Magnolias – blooming and shedding at the same time wherever I saw it this weekend 😂. Did you go to the Weinheim Botanical Garden yet? There’s a huge one there which I saw last year. Thanks for sharing with Monday Window.

I was there when the magnolia was just opening its buds, Yes, it is huge.

Impressive! That is the most blossoms I’ve seen on a magnolia tree. 👍🏽

It’s the reason I’ve got a magnolia tree in our garden. Unfortunately, I just said “magnolia” to the gardener. I had this tree in mind. I got a dark pink, almost red one which flowers a tad later than the white/pink ones and which hasn’t got that exuberant spring feeling.
