Up to a point. Our neighbour’s cat also catched voles, shrews and field mice. Then just dumps them in her family’s house. I could forgive her more easily if she ate them.
Henry’s first prey (that he brought in the house) was a shrew. It made him sick and he never caught another one. The mice in the house next to us (former farmhouse, has been empty for a few years, we dread the day they get it sorted out and there will be a building site for the next two years) keep him busy. Once a year he catches a bat. We always think the thing is dead and then it unfurls and flies off. The mice he eats, mostly, but he leaves a bit so he can brag about it.

Such a beauty! I bet she’s a good cat, no matter what, haha.

He is not cuddly. Except when I’m trying to type something. And then he easily bites me when he thinks my fingers move too much. But … he’s our cat. 😽
